DE-ÖKO-006. Not only alcohol can be distilled, but also the finest hydrosols. The botanicals in the water are carefully refined in the fine distillery in terms of scent and taste and thus captured in the water-based hydrolate. As soon as you pour it into the glass, the aromas break out. It starts with lemony freshness, closely followed by the ethereal juniper. The main aroma of bitter orange sets a central accent. Continue with floral notes reminiscent of lavender and ethereal. Towards the south, the [d n] has a bitter smell, with fruity, ripe yellow fruits such as apricots and juicy mirabelle plums.
